Mathnasium of La Grange, IL is looking for qualified math enthusiasts to serve as tutors and instructors!

Mathnasium is an international chain of over 700 educational centers, where students go after school to boost their math skills and comprehension.

Mathnasium Learning Centers specialize in “teaching children math the way that makes sense to them." Mathnasium has become one of the fastest growing educational franchises, with a new center opening each week – a testament to a tutoring curriculum that delivers results!

Our instructors will use Mathnasium designed curriculum to instruct in a 3:1 setting and also provide 1:1 when required.

There are no homework assignments for students and no lessons for the teachers to prepare. You will be trained to use the Mathnasium curriculum and provide personalized mathematics instruction in various content areas such as Early Childhood, Elementary, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and ACT prep.

  • Excellent math skills through Algebra and Geometry (knowledge of Trig and Calculus is a plus)

  • Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient while working with a variety of children

  • Ability to multi task and interact professionally with students and parents

  • Strong communication skills
