The Cameron University International Student Services Coordinator position is based in Lawton, Oklahoma and responsible for the recruitment, admission, advisement, and matriculation of international prospective students and serves as the primary designated official for both current and prospective international students. This position is an entry-level position that reports to the Director of Admissions.

TRAVEL:
The International Student Services Coordinator is expected to travel for recruiting purposes for Cameron University. Employees will be reimbursed/advanced for travel expenses incurred while conducting official university business to include lodging, per Diem, and transportation. Evening and weekend hours will be required.

PROGRAM MANAGER (PM)
AAC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for an Information Technology PM role to support the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL) in Ann Arbor, MI.
Key responsibilities:
· The PM will possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
· The PM shall plan each phase of projects, assess business implications for each phase, evaluate performance results, and recommend changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
· The PM shall function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple project assignments and supervise subordinates.
· The PM shall be skilled in serving as a liaison between business objectives and technical aspects of projects.
· The PM shall be required to track work tasks designated as projects in the approved project management methodology tracker. This documentation shall serve as the meeting agenda at the project status update meetings with the EPA Operations team, and it shall be sent by the PM to the EPA COR by the close of business each Friday with status remarks at the conclusion of each week.
· The PM shall have working experience within the Environmental Protection Agency and/or the Dept of Energy.
Required qualifications and certifications:
· The PM shall hold a certification obtained from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
· The PM shall meet one of the following requirements:
o 5yrs of experience leading projects (with a high school diploma or associate degree)
o 3yrs of experience leading projects (with a four-year degree)
o 2yrs of experience if the PM is a graduate of a Global Accreditation Center (GAC) program
· The PM shall be a technical expert in at least one major IT support area, such as IT security, network engineering, telecommunications, or a similar IT area
Work conditions:
· The PM will perform a permanent hands-on technical support role in support of this Task Order.
· Excluding advance scheduled vacation, illness, emergency, or Federal holidays, the PM shall be required to work onsite a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, eight (8) hours per day, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to provide IT support services, unless otherwise approved by the EPA Contract Office Representative (COR) to work off-site due to unforeseen limitations related to the Government’s restrictions on access to the facility.
· The PM shall notify the EPA COR, in writing, at least five (5) business days in advance, regarding any work schedule deviations, other than illness or emergencies. The PM shall notify the EPA COR of illness or emergencies as soon as practical.
· The PM shall receive technical direction from the EPA COR, and the Alternate EPA COR, in the absence of the EPA COR. This includes direction for the reprioritization of assigned work.
· The PM shall be required to attend scheduled meetings with the EPA COR, IMC management, and designated IMC staff members to discuss business related to the performance of the Task Order, and ongoing and upcoming work projects.
