    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE PRODUCT MANAGER WHO IS WILLING TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE TO GROW OUR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT TEAM. THE PRODUCT MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING THE VISION AND PRODUCT ROADMAP FOR THE FIXED WIRELESS PORTFOLIO INCLUDING DELIVERING KEY PROJECTS IMPACTING IT.

     

     WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?  

    • Support the sales team with business development activities including identifying market opportunities, assist with RFx responses, customer presentation and attending sales meetings as required.
    • Deliver the product requirements and product priorities for new projects and support engineering throughout the product development process.
    • Provide input and guidance on product launch and Go-To-Market activities to ensure a successful new product delivery to market.
    • Manage continuous improvement of profitability of the Fixed Wireless portfolio by driving down product COGs and increasing overall product margin.
    • Monitor supply chain activities including forecasting, customer delivery schedules, production, and logistics activities to ensure customers’ expectations are fulfilled and cost efficiencies are met.
    • Assist the product marketing team with product content, direction, training, and input towards UX initiatives.
    • Deliver and support regular internal communications initiatives including product and project updates.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Accurate data entry skills with knowledge of basic keyboarding
    • Professional and courteous telephone skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly by telephone on in person
    • Knowledge of CPT/CDT and ICD-9 coding
    • Ability to file numerically and alphabetically
    • Knowledge and thorough understanding of medical/dental office procedures
    • Knowledge of confidentiality and release of information
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities
    • Sufficient knowledge of insurance plans to correctly assess need for prior authorization of procedures and referrals and to interpret patient financial information
    • Medical/dental terminology sufficient to identify and explain medical/dental procedures to patients, third party payers and medical facility personnel
    • Typing speed and accuracy in order to correctly enter needed volume of data on computer and query accounts while talking with patient on the telephone.
