Cathy house (name of residential home) has an opening for a part-time RN or LPN that provides primary direct care to two or more adults with disabilities and assists with others in the home when needed. The smaller environment allows for great relationships to be built with those that we support. We have an on-site RN Care Coordinator that works at the home during the week to provide additional support to the team. LifeScape is looking for an RN or LPN to work one 12-hour shift per week and every 3rd weekend (rotating days and nights) with flexibility to work more hours if wanting to do so! This position is responsible to assess the health status and wellbeing of adults supported within our LifeScape Cathy house. Primary job duties for this role would require you to analyze clinical information by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating conditions.

REGISTERED NURSE: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required. Valid South Dakota RN Licensure required. Prior nursing or direct care experience preferred. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Valid South Dakota LPN Licensure required. Prior nursing and direct care experience preferred.
