LifeScape knows about all the hard work and dedication it takes to become a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and we would love to talk to you about your passion, and why you chose nursing as your career! Leave the hustle and bustle of the hospital or clinic behind and come work in a residential home supporting adults that have been diagnosed with or are affected by a disability.  Cathy house (name of residential home) has an opening for a part-time RN or LPN that provides primary direct care to two or more adults with disabilities and assists with others in the home when needed. The smaller environment allows for great relationships to be built with those that we support.  We have an on-site RN Care Coordinator that works at the home during the week to provide additional support to the team.  LifeScape is looking for an RN or LPN to work one 12-hour shift per week and every 3rd weekend (rotating days and nights) with flexibility to work more hours if wanting to do so! Lifescape offers many unique nursing opportunities for those interested in helping individuals affected by a disability.  Consider our Adult Services Residential Home Cathy as your next Registered Nursing career!    This position is responsible to assess the health status and wellbeing of adults supported within our LifeScape Cathy house. Primary job duties for this role would require you to analyze clinical information by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating conditions.
