The Mercy College -This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic instructional designer to showcase expertise in developing and implementing innovative online and campus based learning modules concerning inclusive pedagogies and -Experience and/or Skills Required - Demonstrated leadership; interpersonal, written and oral communication; problem-solving; organizational and presentation skills. Demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and capacity for assuming responsibility. Demonstrated capacity for working with a wide range of stakeholders, including faculty and staff, with tact and diplomacy. Background in college-level teaching. Background in the sciences or experience developing instructional materials in the sciences will be considered positively. Knowledge of information technologies, including instructional technologies. Experience with construction of online instructional modules a plus.
