Job Responsibility 1: Observes students referred to the team, makes recommendations, and assists with implementation by modeling interventions, coaching and providing instruction of intervention procedures to the school team. Job Responsibility 2: Conducts functional behavior assessments and develops behavior intervention plans to support students throughout the school environment. Job Responsibility 3: Develops and conducts professional development for individual schools and district-wide. Job Responsibility 4: Develops instructional strategy materials (includes reports) to support school personnel. Job Responsibility 5: Provides case management to students referred for social and emotional support. Job Responsibility 6: Works in conjunction with Cluster Support Teams to address student, school and district needs/priorities. Job Responsibility 7: Develops data collection systems in collaboration with school personnel to track behavior and academic progress. Three (3) years of experience working with children, including experience collaborating with school personnel in the development of strategies and materials to support students.
