    Monmouth University Computer Systems Analyst Department Information Support Position Summary Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Computer Systems Analyst in the Information Support department. The candidate would be expected to be responsible for deploying operating system and client application installations on both MS Windows and Apple platforms in a large network environment this includes desktops and laptops for academic computer labs and employee offices assist in resolving complex hardware and software problems on computer configurations for academic computer labs and office computers provide support to other Information Management (IM) teams and perform project work in support of IM initiatives. Required Degree, License or Certifications Required Skills or Software Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment Required Years of Experience Other Requirements Bachelorrsquos degreetechnical school diploma with three years of technical experience, OR seven years of technical experience in areas directly related to supporting users, computing systems, and software. Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems as they pertain to a directory service environment. Excellent knowledge of anti-malware and data recovery techniques. Excellent knowledge of applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, remote support tools, and content development suites on both Microsoft and Apple platforms. Ability to work with a diverse user population on a consistently professional basis, possess excellent time management skills, be able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats, and demonstrate the ability to manage complex workloads. Preferred Qualifications Active Directory and group policy experience. Proficiency with system management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Apple Jamf Pro, as well as Linux client installation and deployment.
