The candidate would be expected to be responsible for deploying operating system and client application installations on both MS Windows and Apple platforms in a large network environment this includes desktops and laptops for academic computer labs and employee offices assist in resolving complex hardware and software problems on computer configurations for academic computer labs and office computers provide support to other Information Management (IM) teams and perform project work in support of IM initiatives. Excellent knowledge of applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, remote support tools, and content development suites on both Microsoft and Apple platforms. Ability to work with a diverse user population on a consistently professional basis, possess excellent time management skills, be able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats, and demonstrate the ability to manage complex workloads. Preferred Qualifications Active Directory and group policy experience.
