  • Responsibilities

    This role is responsible for providing customer service as well as reporting and forecasting support for key customers. This is a tactical role to support daily operation.

    • Job is an individual contributor.
    • Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.
    • Enter, monitor, update and change sales orders for customers.
    • Provide reporting to sales for orders; shipments; shortages.
    • Manage upfront shortage communication.
    • Execute allocation on sales orders.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
    • Handle all KPIs for customer - fill rate; inv turns; prod att/adh;
    • Manage email inquiries and delegate to appropriate teams for action.
    • Communicate product changes to Master schedule and plants.
    • Prepare input forecast files for DP and updates system for key customers.
    • Manage resolution regarding shortages; incorrect items shipped.
    • Provide production updates to key customers and SR management.
    • Back-up for other customer service and/or demand planner.
    • Master data maintenance for upcs - set up; fcst extension;
    • SOP creation/train other CS and provide support for peers.
    • Communicate with customers via alternative channels.
    • This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills

    • Associates degree or equivalent is preferred

    Required Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred. • Customer service experience. • Experience with ERP systems. • Experience with ATP reporting. • Experience with reporting systems. • Some exposure to supply planning. • Some exposure to forecasting. • Experience with MD. • Experience with MS tools; reporting.

     

    • Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.
    • Work conditions are typical of an office environment.
    • This role does not require any domestic travel
    • Position requires the physical agility to perform continuous lifting up to 15 pounds, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
    • Position requires the physical ability to stand/walk for the duration of work hours.
