Front Desk Attendant at Beaumont Health Club

Facility Hours: Monday-Friday: 5:00am-8:30pm/Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-4:00pm

Part-time working 15-20 hours per week

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our community client site located in Rochester Hills, MI. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

What you’ll provide

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. ****
• Will be required to follow any current or future site COVID-19 vaccination policies including but not limited to proof of vaccination, weekly testing, etc.

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• Minimum of seven years journalism with at least two years in broadcasting and working in a newsroom.
• Proven ability to manage several deadlines simultaneously; ability to identify and develop stories for a news magazine with a diverse audience; knowledge of a wide range of topics from news to culture to entertainment, with an awareness of developing trends.
• Must be familiar with audio editing software.
