    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Under the supervision of the director of marketing and communications, the bi-lingual (English, Chinese) marketing and communications coordinator will support the global Marketing and Communications strategy and efforts. He/she will lead projects and execute tasks to ensure global Tower Bridge International Group brand success.

    This position is responsible for developing content for the organization's student recruitment, base region, and host family promotional efforts, serving as a liaison with global teams. This position develops, in collaboration with the team, the internal and external marketing and communications strategy, including support for marketing-related collateral, events, public relations, and department operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics, and share findings on Asia and U.S. marketshare/needs, to help build an effective, comprehensive global marketing and communications strategy.

    Contribute to the development of TBIG marketing and communications activities and support oversight of marketing calendars, messaging, web, digital, print media materials and content, such as brochures, toolkits, monthly partner/sponsor/host family/student recruitment and engagement materials (newsletters, videos), signage, reports, sponsorships, promos, ads, events, conferences, sponsorships, and related orders.

    Collaborate with other teams and departments (Asia, Admissions, Academics) to create English and Chinese marketing and promotional campaigns, materials and content, such as toolkits, articles, e-newsletters, student features and videos, social media posts, reports, and other materials.

    Identify and develop innovative messaging, campaigns, marketing collateral, advertising, and multi-media outreach, utilizing the latest engagement technologies and strategies in English and Chinese to support the organization's growth strategy.

    Suggest topics for market research and assist in development, to ensure market share and growth opportunities.

    Work with Asia and global teams to drive student and school promotion to prospects and natural parents.

    Aid in developing a comprehensive platform of products to build the organizational brand and client services that build re-enrollment.

    Liaise with the Asia and global teams on the status of projects, student recruitment interviews, WeChat subscriptions, and other projects.

    Support the organization's global brand development, and adhere to the brand standards.

    Develop and coordinate email communications using marketing automation software; measure and report on campaign performance.

    Implement SEO, and measure campaign success.

    Help plan campaign and collateral development, while capturing themes and key points.

    Work directly with key stakeholders, to ensure clear communication and build growth campaigns with successful goal delivery.

    Track expenses, submit invoices for payment, and assist with budget oversight, as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or relevant field preferred.

    Minimum of three to five years of related experience.

    Must possess strong writing skills (i.e., content marketing, copywriting, journalism, public relations) and excellent communications skills in English and Chinese.

    Strong project management skills and the ability to manage projects staffed by vendors.

    Must have excellent editing skills and an eye for detail.

    Must have writing experience (content marketing, copywriting, journalism, public relations) and communications skills, with a creative approach to writing about international education industry topics and an awareness of how to build messages for different audiences.

    Proven experience contributing to strategic plans to deliver marked growth in global markets.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as be proactive and independent, managing multiple, ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines.

    Strong project management skills and managing projects staffed via remote teams.

    Strong commitment to building collaboration between global teams, ensuring frequent communication and clear understanding of mutual goals.

    Experience contributing to reports for teams, staff, and base regions in department and staff meetings, briefing staff members on significant events, reporting on activities, and presenting on updates, as needed.

    Willingness to evaluate activities related to areas of responsibility, determine effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.

    Must have keen attention to detail and ability to finalize products efficiently.

    Proven ability and experience directing the development of professional, original creative designs and multi-media projects.

    All candidates must submit copies of writing and work samples from their own project portfolio.
