    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Mandarin Speaking Multi-Media Marketing Coordinator will manage global creative services and multi-media projects. This position develops, in collaboration with the team and outside contractors, digital and multi-media marketing support collateral.

    This role relies heavily on project management and multi-media production skills, to support student and host family recruitment, partnerships, conferences, and operations. This position will also interact with our team in China. 

    This position requires fluency in both English and Chinese. _ _All candidates must submit copies of work samples from their own project portfolio. _ _RESPONSIBILITIES

    Contribute to the development of department operations and TBIG brand growth by managing print, web, and digital creative concepts for public outreach, recruitment, and general marketing.

    Use design skills, graphics, digital graphics and delivery, multi-media, and social media implementation knowledge to develop global recruitment and retention materials.

    Research and implement digital marketing to ensure TBIG strategies are current and effective.

    Make recommendations for creative campaigns to promote base region events, student activities, and general program recognition and growth.  

    Assist in development of storyboards, photo shoots, filming, scripts, audio recording, and editing of materials to create promotional program materials, with a focus on QC and voice consistency.

    Reach out to industry organizations and base regions, to collect photos, footage, videos and permission rights to add to content library and leverage in TBIG materials.

    Define important KPIs, suggest content optimization, measure and report on performance of digital marketing, as directed.

    Reply to comments and DMs on social accounts.

    Maintain visual brand enforcement across multiple platforms and templates, including print, digital, Web, and social media in regional bases and global partner offices.

    Assist in managing sponsorship and event orders.

    Contribute to planning, developing annual social media editorial calendar.

    Serve as point of contact for vendors, assisting in vendor selection, managing vendor relationships, and serving as project manager across base regions.

    Track and respond to base region requests, in a timely manner, maintaining communication with department colleagues regarding new projects.

    Track expenses, submit invoices for payment, and assist with budget oversight, as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    A Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Graphic Design or related field. 

    At least three years of relevant marketing and project management experience.

    English and Chinese fluency.

    Highly collaborative work style.

    Knowledge of multi-media digital marketing methods and technologies.

    The ability to transform information into exciting and useful visual messages.

    Proven ability to create professional and original creative designs.

    Knowledge of social media platforms.

    An understanding of web and mobile technologies.

    Excellent digital editing skills and an eye for detail.

    Strong project management skills and the ability to manage projects staffed by vendors.

    Ability to work independently and on teams.

    Comfortable working in a variety of software applications and able to learn new programs quickly.

    Knowledge of and experience working with Adobe Suite, CRM, Microsoft Office products, video editing software, WeChat, and marketing analytics.
