    We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the College of Southern Idaho as a Marketing Operations Manager of a USDA NexGen grant. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new marketing strategies, managing complex digital projects, and defining success metrics relating to programs offered through the grant. Your expertise and strategic approach will be vital in equipping students with the necessary tools, knowledge, and guidance to embark on their transformative journeys of career exploration, education, and helping to ensure success at work. This is a 3-year, grant funded role.

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing Operations Management:

    • Coordinate with advisory team to develop and implement procedures to effectively manage federal grant marketing operations.
    • Ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
    • Monitor and evaluate grant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Prepare and submit grant reports, budgets, and other required documentation to government agencies.
    • Coordinate with advisory team to implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote opportunities available through this grant.
    • Identify target audiences and determine effective marketing channels.
    • Develop and maintain a database of prospective students and grant participants and apply targeted marketing about continuing opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the CSI Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Maintain relationships with regional youth groups, high schools, and supporting industries.
    • Collaborate with advisory team to identify potential opportunities.
    • Assist with management of events, and represent CSI at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events to enhance visibility and network as needed.

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent organizational skills, goal setting, prioritization, strategic thinking and planning skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (for example Monday, Asana, etc).

  • Qualifications

    **Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): **

    Minimum

    • B.S. in discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (prefer federally regulated software development)
    • Experience developing firmware or embedded software.
    • Familiar with firmware principles, theories, concepts, techniques and architecture.
    • Strong coding skills using C/C++ in embedded microcontroller systems.
    • Experienced in embedded system design, testing and debugging and be familiar with embedded development environments and tools
    • Ability to perform code reviews, static code analysis, dynamic code analysis, and runtime performance testing of firmware applications.
    • Ability to use analytical techniques and tools, e.g. debuggers, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently with team members from various disciplines, e.g. hardware, mechanical, quality, regulatory, etc.
    • Team player with effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Technical writing skills, ability to develop reports for technology development
    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

    Preferred:

    • M.S. in disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering.
    • Embedded system hardware knowledge and development environment familiarity is required.
    • Proficient with Python language
    • Medical device development experience and IEC60601-1, IEC62304 and related IEC standard familiarity preferred.
    • Proficient in embedded algorithm development per medical device standards.
    • Good understanding of motor controls and digital signal processing.

    **Compensation & Total Rewards: **

    Estimated Starting Salary Range: $113,000 - $124,000

    *Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
