    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for completing daily duties that include, coordinating learner virtual and on ground schedules for all areas, answering learner emails, working with consortium as well as other added duties. Providing assistance to the Manager, Operation Coordinators, as well as work hand in hand with multiple other departments to get necessary information.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops learners clinical, lab, and simulation schedules each semester, for each EL hub or remote site, to coordinate with the curriculum and assures all clinical and lab hours meet the curriculum plan.
    • Triage learner issues and directs accordingly.
    • Provides all clinical sites an easy-to-read schedule prior to the first clinical shift of each semester. Assures an orientation shift is scheduled for each clinical site per clinical site requirements.
    • Completes all documentation required by any health care facility. Assures deadlines are met.
    • Oversees ongoing scheduling changes, adjustments, and revisions as the need arises for all EL hubs and remote sites as assigned.
    • Coordinates preceptor ships assisting in making assignments and scheduling orientation shifts. Follows up to assure all documentation is complete and properly filed.
    • Contributes to and coordinates activities related to accreditation within the NES as required.
    • Aid Faculty and Manager, NES Operations; and
    • Other duties as assigned

    MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-5 years' experience
    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Knowledge and skills of complex scheduling systems, administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, Microsoft Excel, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology;
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills; and
    • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associates Degree
    • Medical Terminology
