HR Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Intern
(Note: This is a paid internship: $20 - $22 per hour)
****Position Summary: Collaborates with talent acquisition team members on current and future hiring needs. Attracts candidates using sourcing tools such as Indeed and/or LinkedIn, and other tools as needed. Partners with the team to attract candidates to a variety of positions and may be asked to screen prospective candidates and to set up interviews for recruiters and/or hiring managers. Training will be provided on sourcing methods, how to navigate an applicant tracking system, and how to communicate and assess prospective and existing candidates via email, sms, phone, and Teams video. This is a temporary position. The intern will need to work approximately 10-20 hours per week depending on work needing completion.
