Position Summary:
The Assistant Professor is responsible for teaching and evaluating learners in the Nursing Programs. The Assistant Professor develops, implements, and evaluates the nursing program on an ongoing basis. This position participates in advising learners, curriculum development, program evaluations, facilitates learning in the various settings to include didactic, clinical, simulation, or skills lab, evaluation of learner achievement, and other matters as assigned in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the Program. The Assistant Professor functions as a team member within the nursing faculty.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited University within the United States.
Two (2) years Teaching Experience.
Active, unencumbered RN license from state of residence.
Ability to obtain RN licensure in any jurisdiction required by the College, to include a valid multistate license with the ability to practice in your home state and other compact states.
Earned Graduate degree with a major in nursing.

All of our newly hired collaborators are required to attend new employee orientation in person in Salt Lake City, Utah for one week. All travel and lodging accommodations will be paid for by the organization.
