  • Responsibilities

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Data Entry role involves entering data from various sources into the company computer system for processing and management. A Collaborator working in data entry will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The integrity of any company is based on the data they produce which validates the importance of the Data Entry position. Any information inputted by the Data Entry team will then be used by other people for reference or reports.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • § Prepare and sort documents for data entry
    • § Enter data into the student information system software and check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
    • § Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
    • § Create data backups as part of a contingency plan
    • § Respond to information requests from internal functions and learners
    • § Test new systems and software updates
    • § Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
    • § Maintain learner confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
    • § Performs daily operations to the finance department such as bank deposits
    • § Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements
    • § Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • § Coordinate with cross functional departments to create and maintain consistent processes and standards regarding development and financial operations
    • § Consults with government, licensing, and other regulatory agencies to ensure the College's compliance with applicable criteria and standards
    • § Represent the College at community and campus events, in meetings with other College personnel, and during accreditation processes
    • § Promote the College by participating in community, state, and national events or meetings, and by developing partnerships with industry and secondary education institutions
    • § Participate in College committee activities

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • § Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • § Attention to detail
    • § Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
    • § Ability to work to time constraints
    • § Organization skills
    • § Quick typing skills
    • § 2 Years of Experience
    • § High School Diploma

    THIS POSITION WILL START FEBRUARY 8, 2021 AND IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND IN PERSON ORIENTATION.
