Raleigh Essential Job Duties JOIN THE PACK ! The Division of Campus
Enterprises offers opportunities for employment across our retail and
hospitality units. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and
opportunity for learning, growth, and promotion. This is a position for
only 12 weeks. Each person will remain in the position for 8-12 weeks
total. Eligible students should be accepted in a dietetic internship
from an accredited participating program. Responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate recipes for healthfulness - Train cooks and chefs in
healthier cooking techniques - Assist dietitian in her duties Other
Work/Responsibilities Minimum Experience/Education - Bachelors in
Nutrition - Currently enrolled in a dietetic internship Departmental
Required Skills -Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors,
peers,and customers. - Provide exemplary customer service to every
guest. - Basic culinary skills - Technical skills including excel and
Microsoft word. - ability to train other professional in the area of
nutrition. Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education Dietetic
experience Required License or Certification n/a Special Instructions
