The Division of Campus Enterprises offers opportunities for employment across our retail and hospitality units. Eligible students should be accepted in a dietetic internship from an accredited participating program. Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate recipes for healthfulness - Train cooks and chefs in healthier cooking techniques - Assist dietitian in her duties Other Work/Responsibilities Minimum Experience/Education - Bachelors in Nutrition - Currently enrolled in a dietetic internship Departmental Required Skills -Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers,and customers. - Provide exemplary customer service to every guest. - Basic culinary skills - Technical skills including excel and Microsoft word. - ability to train other professional in the area of nutrition.
