Having some graphic design and marketing skills are a plus. Tasks could include event and programmatic photography, photo editing, building our photo library, and creating templates and marketing collateral. This intern should be prepared to work within established NC State brand design and photography guidelines. Other Work/Responsibilities Minimum Experience/Education Current NC State student Departmental Required Skills Advanced photography skills Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and in teams; strong time-management and work prioritization skills necessary to manage complex, dynamic workflow. Technically savvy. Basic video and communication software experience, including experience working with HTML and/or Wordpress. Willing to try and learn new software and products. Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education NC State Junior, Senior or Graduate Student Strong copy-editing skills to ensure all content is grammatically correct and meets style and brand guidelines Experience managing social media outreach and marketing.
