We are seeking a Full Time Line Cook to join our team. We are 'pandemic-proof' - you can work for us knowing your job is secure - we're an essential industry!
We offer a 4-day work week, with no shifts ending later than 9:00 PM!

• 2+ years of experience cooking in an institutional setting or full service restaurant

• Knowledge of and ability to conform to food service sanitation practices and will maintain food handlers permit, as necessary, to fulfill local, state & federal regulations

Required Experience

• Proficiency with technical project management, including ability to lead all aspects processes included in initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closure of projects. Including, but not limited to: Scoping projects and managing to the scope
• Knowledge and understanding of data management and systems implementation.
• Knowledge of software development & release processes and best practices. Serving as a Scrum master in an Agile framework for multiple related projects.
• Developing project management plans, including but not limited to communication plans, risk and issue management plans, testing plans, training plans.
• Establishing timelines/schedules
• Monitor project budgets
• Assess project risks
• Managing the project team
• Preparing status reports
• Facilitating meetings, including creating agendas and minutes
• Knowledge of software development & release processes and best practices
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Slack.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), such as Dynamics or Salesforce
• Comfortable working with and leading teams with members from all levels within the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including in-person and virtual team facilitation; demonstrates a passion for people, and helping individuals and teams perform at their highest level
