The Associate Dean provides leadership for all campus level faculty to ensure curricula are current and consistently delivered in an environment and manner that achieves superior student outcomes while ensuring the concept of Chamberlain Care™.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Nursing **required**
* Doctorate degree in Nursing or progress toward a doctorate **preferred**
* Minimum of 2 years in nursing education at the bachelor’s level or higher **required**
* Minimum of 2 years developing or participating in simulation and clinical experiences **required**
* Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and advise faculty **required**
* 3 to 5 years in acute patient care, trauma, emergency, and/or medical-surgical environments **preferred**
* Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Proven customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and staff
* Unencumbered professional nursing licensure **required**
Additional Information
_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $127,957.05. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
