Qualifications
* Master’s degree in nursing required; doctorate in nursing or progress toward a doctorate preferred.
* Must hold an unencumbered professional nursing license.
* Minimum two years of experience teaching nursing at the bachelor’s level or higher.
* Background in developing or participating in simulation and clinical experiences.
* Three to five years in acute care, trauma, emergency, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
* Previous leadership experience with the ability to guide, support, and advise faculty.
* Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* A customer service mindset with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and staff at all levels.
Additional Information
_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $127,957.05. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
