In this key leadership position, you’ll guide faculty and academic teams to deliver a high-quality BSN curriculum, support student success, and uphold our commitment to Chamberlain Care™. You’ll help shape the future of nursing by fostering academic excellence, mentoring faculty, and driving outcomes in retention, graduation, and NCLEX pass rates.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $127,957.05. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
