Chamberlain University is seeking a dynamic Associate Dean of Academic Affairs (ADAA) to help lead the academic excellence of our campus-based Miramar, FL, BSN program. In this role, you will guide day‑to‑day academic operations, support and develop faculty, and advance initiatives that drive student success. You’ll partner closely with the Dean to bring our academic strategy to life while ensuring a supportive, high‑quality learning environment rooted in Chamberlain Care.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $142,666.84. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
