  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Possession of a Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
    • Must hold active professional nurse licensure.
    • Requires a minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
    • Prior teaching experience is essential.
    • Must be experientially prepared to teach assigned courses effectively.
    • Demonstrates a genuine passion for teaching and a willingness to engage across a diverse range of nursing courses.
    • Expected to maintain current regulatory and practice credentials , as appropriate to course assignments.
    • Exhibits excellent communication skills , a strong sense of initiative , and sound professional judgment.
    • Scholarship Requirements : Must demonstrate scholarly activity that aligns with the expectations of the assigned academic rank.

    *Education and experience must align with regulations in the state and comply with the rules and regulations of state authorization agencies, which may include the higher education board and/or licensing board in multiple states.

    Additional Information

    In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.91 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
