    We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, and enthusiastic INTERN to work with the Human Resources (HR).

     

     

    INTERNSHIP DURATION: May 10, 2021 -  August 9, 2021 ( Stipend will be provided as well) 

                 

    ESTIMATED NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK: 40

     

    TRAVEL REQUIRED: No

    DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT THE INTERN WILL COMPLETE: The Intern will support Human Resources Business Partner ( HRBP) in Vietnam to handle HR workplan for Asian countries.

     

     

    DESCRIPTION OF OVERALL LEARNING OBJECTIVES AND GOALS FOR THE INTERNSHIP/BENEFIT TO THE INTERN:

     

    • To be familiar with Global Human Resource activities and initiatives.
    • To get the knowledge of the international labor market.

     

     

    SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED AND/OR EXPANDED DURING THE INTERNSHIP:

     

    • Communication in the Global working environment.
    • Comprehensive presentation skills.

     

     

     PROPOSED ACTIVITIES:

     

    • Support to revise the Manual Handbook of some offices in Asia.
    • Support to explore the new Labor market.
    • Support to handle HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
    • Other as required.

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

     

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE THE INTERN SHOULD POSSESS:

     

    • Excellent English (particular in Writing skill)
    • Good at research skills.
    • Be proactive and creative.
    • Fundamental knowledge of Human Resources Management.

     

     

     

    MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN VIETNAM.

  • Qualifications

    Masters Degree Preferred, Bachelors required with at least 3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience. Must include resume and cover letter in order to be considered.
