  • Responsibilities

    Filing, data entry, answering phone calls and relaying messages to appropriate employees, greeting students, parents, faculty and staff, computer usage for a variety of tasks, campus errands, retrieval and distribution of mail, as well as other task and projects as needed.

  • Qualifications
    • Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual.

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong organizational skills.

    • Must have good communication skills; strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow through on work assignments.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and dependability.

    • Knowledgeable of basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
