  • Responsibilities

    The Department of Psychology at Oklahoma City University seeks applications for a tenure track position in clinical psychology beginning in the fall of 2022. Responsibilities include teaching at the graduate level, supervising student research, and providing clinical supervision to students in our PsyD program. Candidates may also have some involvement in our undergraduate program as well.  

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The successful candidate will have a completed PHD OR PSYD DEGREE IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY from an APA accredited program. Training in and commitment to the evidence-based practice of psychology is also desired. Successful candidates will have previous experience teaching and/or providing clinical supervision to graduate students and will complement the existing interests in current faculty.  They will embrace the program’s commitment to recruit, retain, and mentor students from a wide range of underrepresented groups and diverse backgrounds. Candidates should be licensed or license eligible (pending state specific requirements) as a psychologist in the State of Oklahoma.  Previous experience working within APA accredited programs is a plus.
