Our client, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, is looking for a Social Listening Analyst to join their team for a long-term remote contract position!Social Listening Analyst Responsibilities:Helping to identify key trends and insights from organic online community conversations across global social media platforms, online forums and reviews to translate them into business opportunities and prioritiesCollaborating closely with internal stakeholders and brand agenciesGrowing cross-functional relationships to become a go-to thought partner on community-oriented initiatives and social listeningBecoming an expert on our community, customers, our full assortment of products and the impact they have on our communitySocial Listening Analyst Requirements:Deep working knowledge of social listening platforms such as NetBase, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, SpredFast or other large social listening vendors.
