    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We're seeking an Operations Coordinator who can excel as a versatile and skilled generalist. As a key figure on campus, you'll be responsible for executing a range of front-desk and office-wide processes with precision, efficiency, and calmness under pressure. As the primary point of contact for student and staff inquiries related to Student Services, Facilities, and overall campus operations, you'll constantly interact with Hult's staff, students, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. As an Operations team member, you'll drive our culture by building operations, events, programs, and communication. We believe every interaction, email, and act of kindness counts, no matter how small. The ability to work independently while leading your own projects, collaborate with others, and maintain a friendly, positive attitude is critical. If you have a passion for customer service, project management, event planning, communications, and general administration and are a self-starter, we'd love to hear from you.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide daily non-academic support via email, phone, and in-person to the Hult student body and staff.

    • Manage the Front Desk Information Center for the Student Services, Facilities, and overall campus operations.

    • Oversee campus space allocation and bookings for internal and external groups.

    • Work with the Facilities team to help with vendors (quotes, calls, general communication)

    • Play a key role in assisting with major campus events, including Graduation, Orientations, Hult Prize competitions, and Winter Ball.

    • Work with Student Services to formulate and implement an action plan to increase student satisfaction.

    • Daily campus inspection with a focus on ensuring classrooms and campus space is set up for successful learning

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience working in an office environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven track record and commitment to outstanding customer service

    • High level of energy and enthusiasm to work under pressure and to prioritize requests in a demanding and fast-paced environment

    • Ability to set firm expectations and engage in difficult conversations professionally

    • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

    • Not afraid to tackle challenges head-on and take ownership of new ideas and solutions

    • Experience interacting with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of students, faculty, and staff with diplomacy

    • Sensitivity to the needs of all students and ability to treat concerns of students and other stakeholders with respect and confidentiality, using sound judgment

    • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

    • Other duties as assigned
