We now need a results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our School Operations team across our network of schools.

By managing budget, inventory, safety policies & procedures, and academic events, our school operations team allows instruction to thrive in the classroom. With our rapid growth, Success Academy Charter Schools are seeking Operations Coordinators who understand that the foundation of great schooling starts with operational excellence.

Reporting to the School Business Operations Manager, our Operations Coordinators work as a member of School Operations and should be individuals who:

• Actively oversee and enforce policies and procedures within the school community, ensuring high levels of aesthetics and safety;
• Can effectively build and maintain relationships with third party vendors to track inventory needs for instructional and operational use;
• Skillfully execute logistics, including overseeing school food, event planning, budget and procurement, as well as on-site renovations;
• Understand the importance of remaining diplomatic when leading both positive interactions, and those requiring conflict resolution;
• Build relationships and engage every member of the school community to be active participants in scholar development;
• Are truly dedicated to our mission and will go above and beyond the requirements of the job to be an innovative and strategic problem solver; and
• Are eager for feedback and to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
