At 101, account management and operations are integral to maintaining successful relationships with our customers. This is a unique, cross-functional role where you will wear many hats and report to the Head of Operations. You will get experience in customer success as well as support and billing. As an Operations and Account Associate, you will understand our customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback, and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as help develop the product road map.
