In this role, you will help maintain a safe and well-organized campus environment while providing exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patrolling assigned campus parking lots and facilities
    • Providing directions and parking guidance to visitors and members of the campus community
    • Enforcing university parking regulations through the issuance of citations when necessary
    • Assisting with vehicle impounds and related parking enforcement activities
    • Responding to parking-related questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Utilizing iPads, citation printers, radios, and mobile devices to perform daily duties
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work outdoors, typical shift time 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday in a variety of weather conditions.
    • Ability to walk for extended periods and maintain awareness of surroundings

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous customer experience
    • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to learn and effectively use technology, including iPads, citation printers, and radios

    Additional Information

    Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
