    Job Description

Start your next chapter helping us transform historical records into clean, searchable, and future-ready data.

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking an Account Support Assistant to support our Administration team on a project-based, hourly assignment. You will play a key role in uploading and indexing legacy files into our OnBase document management system and researching historic gift documentation across our donor, alumni, and endowment systems (e.g., FEM and Crimson) to confirm designations or flag when funds should be moved.

You’ll work independently on well-defined tasks- reviewing legacy folders, determining the correct document type (e.g., agreement, supporting emails, or account maintenance), uploading to the proper location, and moving it to the next step in the workflow. You’ll also perform light data-entry/cleanup and research account numbers to ensure accurate indexing. You’ll collaborate with the broader Account Support team, join weekly team meetings, and may assist on other projects as priorities evolve. Success in your first 90 days looks like retaining training quickly, working with minimal oversight, and consistently meeting throughput and quality targets.
