    Job Description

    The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team in a part-time, temporary capacity. This role will support donor stewardship by:

    • Monitoring inboxes for new requests in queue to ensure timely responses or fulfillment
    • Hand-writing thoughtful thank you notes to donors
    • Creating engaging content, following donor events.
    • Using approved templates to complete impact projects for donors
    • Assisting the IUF Stewardship team with ad hoc requests or during peak times

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, be a strong communicator and highly organized, have writing and editorial skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for expressing gratitude to donors in meaningful ways.     Education & Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
    • Experience with Adobe, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
    • Previous work experience in a non-profit environment/on a stewardship team is plus
    • A high attention to detail and follow-through will ensure your success.

    Interviews will begin promptly for qualified candidates. We anticipate this position being available in a part-time temporary capacity for at least one year.
