Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate proficiency in writing, editing, and content creation for print, web, and social media. The ability to provide tactical communications support for current projects and projects in development is key for this position. Duties may include but are not limited to: Develop story lines for PLA website, as well as other digital and print communications; Assist with marketing, specifically for social media for PLA recruitment; Prepare and release key social media releases (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram); Interview PLA students and alumni for PLA stories, a weekly campaign which is posted on Instagram (Thursday) and Facebook (Sunday); Assist PLA staff as needed on a variety of tasks, including photo shoots, events, and special projects; and Provide marketing support in the form of research and analysis of current marketing campaigns and the development of new campaigns.
