Job Description

Summer interns add real value to Pluralsight through data-driven insights and recommendations on key business challenges. This summer intern role will focus on working on IT Service Desk tickets for cabling, monitors, equipment, and also assisting with physical inventory / audit of existing equipment and ensuring all equipment of high value is mapped to users and input into our inventory management system.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE:

• Strong attention to detail with ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Strong Hardware and software troubleshooting skills a must
• Creative thinking and excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused, service-oriented and positive team-aligned attitude
• Effective listening skills, ability to follow the direction of IT management and senior IT team members
• Ability to thrive in high demand, high pressure situations

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

• Respond to all end user support issues in a timely and professional manner
• Configure hardware for new hires both local and remote
• Provide documentation for both the IT team and end users
• Troubleshoot a variety of issues involving PCs, Macs, Telephones, AV equipment and more
• Manage and audit inventory of equipment and peripherals

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

• Senior student in pursuit of:
