Program Leaders are the fuel which drives the Boosterthon program to success. These individuals are responsible for executing the Boosterthon program with excellence and helping schools reach their fundraising goals while positively impacting the next generation of young leaders. He or she is the face of Booster and continually displays professionalism, intentionality, and positive energy while serving school partners with remarkable customer service.

A candidate must embody Booster’s Core Qualities of being Enthusiastic, Professional, Relational, and Athletic.
The Program Leader position is incredibly communication heavy. It requires engaging enthusiastic communication that can excite and encourage an elementary age student, as well as professional communication that inspires confidence in school administrators and parents that the program is being executed with excellence.
- Desired skills
Enthusiastic and energetic communication, time and priority management, and great leadership!
- Compensation$25,000-$31,000 starting salary, with opportunities for bonuses. Cost of living adjustments for high cost markets.
- Benefits
Cost of living allowance for high cost markets. Benefits include: Health, Visual, Dental, Life, Disability. Booster pays 75% of monthly health premiums.
