We're currently seeking a results-driven Program Manager for ES Science. This role requires a deep understanding of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and other science subjects to oversee and develop our elementary school teachers. As Success Academy revamps its K-12 Science program, this position is pivotal in guiding its implementation and ongoing development. You must be a captain of conviction. We believe in the unlimited potential of scholars and our educators and are determined to achieve our Moonshot goal by June 2026.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support in implementing the vision and design of the ES Science Program by overseeing current and future program initiatives.
• Performance managing our team of ES Science Teachers by setting a clear vision and ensuring accountability for high-quality, vision-aligned implementation through effective feedback and direction.
• Observing lessons, analyzing student work and data, and identifying improvement opportunities by tracking and reporting overall performance metrics, such as teacher effectiveness, out-of-school learning participation, and academic outcomes in ES science.
• Understanding all curriculum components, including lesson plans, unit materials, and course content.
• Leading collaborative training sessions to enhance teacher and school leader comprehension of the ES Science curriculum.
• Supporting other ad-hoc initiatives and projects as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

• B.A. in Science with demonstrated expertise in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics is a requirement. Advanced Degree in a field of Science a bonus;
• Have strong attention to detail;
• Have extremely strong writing and proofreading skills; and
• Have a strong work ethic and ability to work flexibly.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
