As part of Success Academy’s Schooling Team, you will lead high-stakes efforts to shape the systems that deliver consistent, world-class support to educators and scholars as we grow our movement to transform K-12 education across the nation.
We’re hiring a Program Manager, Schooling Services to work closely with the Head of Schooling Services and help manage key projects and day-to-day operations. This role drives cross-functional execution across the five pillars of Schooling Services-Sprint (special education), High School Management Office, School Quality Management Office, Safety & Security team and Talent Planning and Management team -ensuring priorities are executed with speed, precision, and measurable results.
The Program Manager will own project management, milestone tracking, and data-driven insight generation across multiple initiatives, ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. This role requires strong systems thinking, structured problem solving, and the ability to turn complex strategic goals into executable workstreams.
At its core, this role is about making the Schooling Services organization faster, smarter, and more data-informed-helping reimagine how we design, deliver, and continuously improve the systems that enable extraordinary K-12 schooling at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution of Schooling Services’ priorities across Sprint (Special Education), High School Management, School Quality, Talent Planning, and Safety & Security-core pillars that centralize operations and deliver the services and systems that keep schools running effectively, enabling teachers and leaders to focus on teaching and learning.
Enable cross-functional initiatives by defining ownership, timelines, deliverables, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and communication across teams.
Manage the operational cadence through standing meetings, milestone reviews, and performance tracking to maintain focus on outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reports that track key performance indicators, surface insights, and deliver clear, data-driven updates to inform strategic decisions and guide leadership action.
Use data to diagnose challenges, forecast needs, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and scholar impact.
Partner with teams to identify and scale AI and process automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.
Collaborate with school-based and network teams to build scalable, repeatable processes and planning tools that strengthen coordination and execution quality.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in program management, or operations within dynamic, high-growth organizations, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results.
Ability to plan and manage complex programs by developing clear timelines, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring accountability for deliverables and ownership.
Adept at operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, demonstrating sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize effectively amid shifting priorities and competing inputs, while also shaping and driving work forward at a rapid pace.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages tailored for executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and school-based audiences.
Highly organized and process-driven, with a disciplined approach to planning, tracking progress, and driving execution through structured systems and consistent follow-through.
Technologically proficient, with strong command of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com) to manage timelines, workflows, and reporting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and dashboards to diagnose challenges, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making.
Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships across teams, encourages innovation, and contributes to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation Range
$100,000 - $115,000 USD
