    Job Description

    We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support scheduling, preparation, and execution of cross-functional, large-scale projects across the Success Academy enterprise. This role will be the right-hand to a group of project managers, responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, helping generate regular status reporting, and documenting processes and standard work. This individual will be crucial in ensuring operational procedures are efficient and streamlined to key project timelines on-time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Support:

    • Support the development and updating of comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and milestones.

    • Work directly with EPMO Leaders to prioritize and execute on deliverables across the organizational landscape.

    • Support Project Managers in codifying project requirements during project initiation.

    • Act as a strategic thought partner to EPMO Leaders to tactically drive project team success.

    • Ability to manage workstream progress across a variety of projects, adapting with ease and quickly onboarding to new content as related to project success.

    • Support the PM in maintaining robust reporting on project statuses throughout the project lifecycle through closure/handoff.

    • Respond to and execute on ad-hoc requests, identify time and resources needed to complete.

    Project Documentation and Standard Work:

    • Support EPMO Leadership in documenting and regularly updating standardized processes in a centralized repository.

    • Ensure new processes are streamlined against existing processes within Success Academy.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Network teams to schedule regular meetings and maintain communication channels to keep all project stakeholders informed and engaged.

    • Work with Project Managers to cultivate and preserve efficient systems of operating to drive cross-functional collaboration.

    • Assist in change management efforts to facilitate successful project hand-off to the product/end owner.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.

    • Help in preparation of regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to the EPMO leadership team on a consistent cadence.

    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend further improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

    • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in project management or operations’ role.

    • Excellent communication and organization skills.

    • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.

    • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and project management software (i.e. Monday.com, Smartsheets, Asana).

    Compensation Range

    $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
