About the Education Institute
The Education Institute drives our instructional and academic design-building the K-12 program that defines scholar preparedness. The Institute is leading a multi-year change management effort to advance the quality of teaching and learning across the network and achieve transformational outcomes. Within this, the Education Institute Planning and Management function ensures that strategic priorities are effectively planned, executed, and delivered to achieve our scholar learning goals.
About the Role
The Project Manager of Education Institute Planning and Management works under the direction of the Lead of Education Institute Planning and Management, to plan, manage, and execute cross-functional initiatives that advance the Education Institute’s strategic goals. This individual will manage high-impact projects across instructional designs. Acting as a connector across teams, the Project Manager ensures clear alignment, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement of systems that enable world-class education delivery at scale. This role is ideal for a systems thinker and project leader who thrives in complex, mission-driven environments and excels at both strategic planning and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic project execution: Project manage the design, planning, and implementation of critical Education Institute initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to institutional priorities.
Support annual planning and workstream coordination: Partner with the Lead to develop and manage the Institute’s annual roadmap, ensuring effective coordination across all departmental workstreams.
Support change initiatives: Support the structured design change processes for key academic initiatives-supporting adoption, training, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Integrate data-driven decision making: Develop project tracking systems and performance dashboards that leverage both quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Facilitate alignment and collaboration between Education Institute teams, Network leadership, and schools-driving clarity, coordination, and execution across multi-team efforts.
Continuously improve processes: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, propose process redesigns, and test inventive, systems-level solutions that enhance service delivery and educational impact.
