Job Description

Success Academy seeks a Project Manager to join the Enrollment team. The Enrollment team manages the new scholar Lottery and waitlist management as well as coordinating all new scholar onboarding processes. Under the supervision of the Head of Enrollment, and working closely with a broad base of constituents at both the Network and School levels, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating projects for Enrollment: assessing and continuously improving our project management platforms; ensuring team and inter-departmental stakeholders are on schedule for project deliverables; and coordinating stakeholder meetings and materials (documents, collateral, proofs, etc)

Specifically, the Project Manager will:

• Lead on project managing cross-functional teams and platforms (at both Network and Schools) to drive planning and completion

• Maintain an Enrollment workflow calendar of events, processes, and communications

• Coordinate and manage team and inter departmental agendas and publish post-meeting summaries

• Drive a weekly Enrollment meeting highlighting projects’ status and critical upcoming steps

• Build and maintain productive and motivating inter departmental relationships

• Prepare inter-departmental presentations

• Determine space availability for and process current scholar transfers

• Track against team spending to budget reconciliation

• Data mining and research as needed

• Support the Enrollment team as needed

The Project Manager, Family Engagement, will be measured against individual performance indicators including but not limited to:

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
