    Job Description

    ** This role has a hybrid schedule, based in Bloomington, Indiana, with at least 2 days in the office per week.**
    The salary range for this role is $56,000-$60,000.

    Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Project Manager collaborates to ensure the operational success of marketing deliverables, vendor partnerships, and project workflows.

    You'll work closely with department leadership, marketing colleagues, and key stakeholders to execute marketing plans, monitor project deliverables, and ensure all deadlines are met. You'll manage medium to large projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Typical deliverables for the department's core marketing work will include assets such as videos, websites, emails, direct mail, digital advertisements, social media, event support, and other marketing products.

    You will be a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, responsible for understanding our strategies and ensuring projects are executed efficiently. You'll participate in vendor/contract decisions and project requirement specifications to ensure key deliverables. You will also have the opportunity to handle the administrative backend of our project management system by creating intake templates, assigning work portfolios, and managing intake queues. Your success in this role will depend on your organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and clear communication. This includes using our online project management tools to track and report on project metrics, and addressing any issues that arise to minimize delays.

    Your ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with IUF and IUAA internal partners and external stakeholders will be essential in driving the day-to-day execution of multiple projects.     Education/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, journalism, or related discipline required. (Combination of Associate's and applicable years of experience may be considered)
    • Minimum of 2-5 years’ related work experience in project management, or program management
    • Advanced degree in a related field preferred
    • Experience working with a creative and/or content team
    • Experience with web content management systems

    • Marketing & Management: * Multi-channel marketing best practices * Project management best practices * Creative production processes * Vendor and production management * Budget management experience
