    The Boston University School of Public Health is looking for an Academic Partnership Manager who will work closely with the Director of Educational Initiatives on pipeline engagement strategies that aim to promote and fulfill the School of Public Health’s educational mission. The Academic Partnership Manager will build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships with the BUSPH network of pipeline institutions and work to cultivate new partnerships. The Education Office is a fast paced environment that requires excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proven track record of working with employees at all levels of an organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage existing partnership through a robust communication and engagement strategy.
    • Identify and recruit new partnership opportunities.
    • Coordinate exclusive programming for prospective students from partner institutions.
    • Collaborate with Central Administrative offices to secure and retain partnerships, increase engagement, and maximize the value of the partnership for both institutions.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 3-5 years of work experience in Higher Education
    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, multi-faceted, changing environment
