Our client is based in Baltimore, MD and is the largest health care insurer in the Mid-Atlantic Region! This role will work from a home office and will responsible for the management, staffing, delivery, and evaluation of health management programs and offerings.
In this position the Health Promotion Manager supervises the Health Promotion Coordinator and team of on-call staff throughout the Maryland, Washington D.C. and northern Virginia region. Together with the Health Promotion Coordinator this individual coordinates program delivery and staffing throughout the region in collaboration with the client’s team of wellness consultants. This position is responsible for contract compliance, service delivery, data compilation and outcomes reporting, client support for program expansion, development and adherence to the strategic business plan, tracking and upholding performance guarantees, and ensuring client satisfaction in the delivery of programs and services.
