Reporting to the Associate Director for Operations & Programs, this position assists in the leadership of the Membership and Facility Management team in the daily operation of member services and recreational facilities operations, including the Fitness and Recreation Center, Sailing Pavilion, Track and Tennis Center and shared athletic facilities. Position will also assist in providing leadership to Club Sports & Intramurals Management Team in the administration and advisement of those leagues and student organizations. The Assistant Director of Facilities, Membership and Club Sports & IMs directly supervises two members of Facilities Management team, two members Clubs Sports & Intramurals team, one member Membership Management team, Coordinator of Skating Programs, and indirectly supervises Facilities/Membership/ Graduate Assistants and associated student staff. Areas of oversight include: security, safety, scheduling, budgeting, pro shop operations, project and event management, and membership sales, billing, service, and promotions as well as working with campus and outside groups.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.
