Human Resources Recruiting Intern
Quest Food Management Services is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team!

Position Summary
Human Resources Intern will perform various administrative and recruitment tasks and support the HR Department in daily activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Screening resumes through CareerPlug ATS system
Scheduling and conducting phone screen interviews in order to help unit managers in recruiting efforts
Post, update, and remove job ads from the Applicant Tracking System
Update and file away new hire team member files
Meet recruiting quota goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Specifications
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required:
Currently enrolled in Human Resources Bachelor Degree program, or related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Works with speed, consistency and organization.
Follow all policies in the team member handbook
