  • Responsibilities

    The Slone Epidemiology Center, a multidisciplinary research organization, is seeking a mature, detail-oriented individual to support data analytics for large on-going epidemiologic studies on cognition, dementia, biomedical imaging, and social determinants of health. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, performing statistical analyses; contributing to statistical analysis plan design and development; documenting processes involved in data preparation, manipulation, and statistical analysis; and preparing study results for presentation and manuscript development.

    Required Skills

    Candidate must have a master's degree, preferably in Epidemiology and/or Biostatistics and 1-3 years of experience in a research environment. Candidate must also possess excellent biostatistical training and skills, including longitudinal and correlated data; familiarity with advanced analytics including machine learning, Bayesian methods, and causal inference also desired. Strong written/oral communication skills, and proficiency with R and/or Stata programming and Microsoft Office applications required. Experience working with neuropsychological data, or in the neurology and related fields, is a plus.
