  • Responsibilities

    Seeking a highly organized and adaptable Research Program Manager to oversee operations and logistics for a growing national research program focused on peer support interventions. This part-time (40% effort, fully remote) role supports the coordination of multiple program components that have grown significantly in scale, now including thousands of participants and multiple program arms. The Program Manager will be responsible for budget oversight, logistical coordination, and the national distribution of training and study materials to both participants and peer group leaders. The role includes oversight of project staff, helping to align their efforts across program functions and ensure smooth implementation. Additional responsibilities include managing the participant enrollment platform, supporting subject retention activities, coordinating software operations, maintaining program websites, and designing engaging graphic materials for outreach and training. This role requires a unique blend of operational, technical, and creative skills to support the success of this evolving research initiative.

    bachelor's and 5-8 years' experience
