The Opportunity
As the RFP Manager at Flywire, you will own a core part of our go-to-market engine by leading the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, competitive proposals for clients across our global verticals. You’ll serve as the hub of coordination, turning complex requirements into clear, compelling responses that showcase Flywire’s strengths and accelerate our growth.
You’ll also play a key role in modernizing and scaling the RFP function, leveraging AI, automation, and process innovation to improve speed, quality, and consistency. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates with precision, and is motivated to build a best-in-class proposal operation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$100,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
